Acknowledge to receipt your fax letter no nil dated: nil received on 03.05.2000 at about 9.24 a.m. and content were found consistant fot the damages of right side; Fr side & Left side other than the xtra fitment of front cross guard ( which is strictly banned by the MVD and MUL service manual) and may be caused to unexpected damages.Pertaing to damages of rear side i.e. rear bumper, which have been reportedly damaged while your vehicle was lifted on chain cranr from rear side. thus rear bumper is not payable under the purview of policy condition , as you are liable to get towing and protection charges on presentation bill/receipt is please to be noted. During the period of inspection, undersigned observed that the yoke of the propellor shaft have been partially came out from the transmission case, which resultanly causes to locking of rear transmission link centrifugal movement. but partal embrassing of the yoke were found not clear to undersigned which has caused without effecting the adjacent fittings and spareparts & body portion, is please to be noted. What so ever please find here the undersigned assessed opinion on the basis of reported overhead/profit/man head of your repairer.If there will any differences of asking labour charges by your repairer. Please advice your repairer to do fax immidiately.
Since, effect on the link transmission assy were not able to actuate for consistancy of the captioned claim, undersigned is unable to do recommend the assessment amont for the same till date.

Dear Sir, reapirer were found very rigid to do any corresspondance with the above assessment and insured is suffering a lot. The problem arises only due to NON ENLISTMENT OF REPAIRER IN THE LIST OF INSURANCE COMPANY OR BY OTHER MEANS.
Insurance Regulatory Authority, Gate No 3, Jivan ara Building, 5, Parliament Street, ND - 1, Please find here above, the assessment sheet have been arrived on the basis of repairer's reported overhead ( Repairer's status MUL/ Category C)/man hour and maruti FRT Manual. PLEASE, confirm us, wheather a surveyor will do assessment on the basis of the database calculation for proper indemnification with consideration of availability of the materials/ skill man power resources e.t.c or on the basis of market acceptance woithout any calculation of statistical database oe as per the insured's manufacturer recommended schedule.
